Your Skills. Amplified.
A free, two-day bootcamp where students in Singapore learn to use AI, whether you want to create content, hack systems, build startups, or just stay ahead. No experience needed.
The World Economic Forum estimates 85 million jobs displaced, 97 million new roles emerging. The gap comes down to who learned next-gen skills first. This bootcamp puts every youth on the right side.
Mixed-industry teams, each member picks a track. Tracks converge in shared challenges, and every lens finds something different.
Use AI to create content, automate workflows, boost productivity, and ship ideas faster than you thought possible.
Ethical hacking, penetration basics, vulnerability thinking, and how to get paid.
Spot gaps, build fast with AI, pitch your idea, think like a founder.
Before he advised boardrooms and briefed national agencies, Aaron was where it all starts. In the classroom. He began his career as an educator at MOE, shaping how young Singaporeans think, question, and build confidence in their own ideas. That instinct, to meet people where they are and make the complex feel possible, never left him.
From there he moved to Singapore's Cyber Security Agency, where he helped shape national cyber playbooks and workforce strategy. Now he runs point at Hesed&Emet Advisory, advising Singapore's sharpest organisations on where AI, cybersecurity, and human behaviour actually collide. He's onstage at Asia's biggest AI and security summits, quoted by regional media when things go sideways, and steering youth-led national defence as VP at DDAS.
His mission for APEX 2026: bring everything full circle. The educator who became a national cyber strategist is now building the bootcamp he wishes existed when he was your age. If you leave the same person you walked in as, he hasn't done his job.
13–14 June 2026. 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Every hour is engineered for output, from keynotes, hands-on labs, live challenges, mentor clinics, and a final showcase that puts your work on stage.
Understand the landscape. Discover your superpower. Meet your team.
Show what you can do. Ship something real. Present it to the room.
He spent months studying what AI is actually doing to your generation's brains, then built a framework to fight back. Two keynotes, threaded across both days. Day 1 shows you what no one else is telling you. Day 2 gives you the system to do something about it. Backed by research from MIT, UCLA, and the APA. Not a TED talk. Not a lecture. A protocol.
Every time you let AI think for you, your brain quietly charges you interest.
MIT Media Lab researchers strapped EEG sensors on 54 students for four months. The result? People who regularly used AI chatbots showed measurably weaker neural activity during critical thinking and creative tasks, even when the AI wasn't there. They coined a term for it: cognitive debt. The AI spares you effort today but erodes your capacity tomorrow.
In a separate study, students given unrestricted ChatGPT access scored 11 points lower on retention tests than those who studied the traditional way. Not because they were less intelligent, but because their brains never had to do the heavy lifting. The information passed through them without sticking.
This is cognitive offloading:the same phenomenon that made us forget phone numbers when smartphones arrived, and weakened our sense of direction when GPS took over. But this time it's not just memory. It's your ability to reason, create, and think critically that's on the line.
What you'll learn to do: Recognise cognitive debt in your own habits. Identify which AI tasks are helping you and which are quietly replacing skills you haven't built yet. Walk away knowing exactly where your own thinking stops and the machine starts.
The prefrontal cortex, the part that makes you you, doesn't finish building until you're 25.
Right now, between ages 16 and 25, your brain is going through its most critical rewiring phase. The prefrontal cortex, responsible for judgement, planning, critical thinking, and impulse control, is still pruning, strengthening, and myelinating. Every hard problem you solve, every argument you construct, every creative struggle you push through literally shapes the architecture of your adult brain.
Here's the concern psychologists are raising: AI delivers consistently agreeable, pre-processed answers. It bypasses the cognitive friction your developing brain needs. And unlike adults who lose skills they once built (recoverable atrophy), young people who never build those circuits in the first place face what researchers now call cognitive foreclosure. As one psychologist put it: "You can't atrophy a muscle that was never built."
What you'll be trained to do: Deliberately create cognitive friction, even when AI makes it optional. Practice structured techniques that force your prefrontal cortex to engage: argue with the AI, pre-test before you prompt, and build the habit of thinking before you outsource. This is the window where it matters most.
The research is clear. The question is clear. So what do you do about it?
Day 2 goes from diagnosis to prescription. Drawing on cutting-edge cognitive science (dual-process theory, desirable difficulty research, scaffolded mastery), Aaron introduces the APEX Counter-Evolution Protocol™: a proprietary framework for using AI at maximum intensity while strengthening your cognitive capacity instead of eroding it.
This isn't a list of tips. It's a structured system, built from real research and tested in real workshops, that separates people who are augmented by AI from people who are replaced by it. Every participant at this bootcamp walks away with the full framework.
What you'll walk away with: A practical, repeatable system for using AI in school, work, and side projects, without losing the ability to think independently. You'll know when to lean on AI, when to push back, and how to deliberately train the cognitive muscles that most people your age are letting atrophy.
A proprietary framework you won't find online. Delivered live. For participants only.
The full protocol is revealed live at the bootcamp. This is not recorded. This is not published. You have to be in the room.
